Fuhua and the hotel confirm placement, access, staff escalation and settlement details. The merchant dashboard and automatic settlement reduce routine manual handling, while agreement terms govern the final operating model.
Common questions
Can the station be placed in guest rooms?
Placement is assessed for the specific hotel. Public, visible and serviceable areas are discussed during review; no room placement is assumed.
Can overseas guests pay?
The supported checkout methods are Apple Pay, Alipay, Google Pay and credit cards. Acceptance still follows the scanned payment page and the user's payment provider.
How is settlement handled?
Fuhua provides automatic settlement, with frequency and commercial details confirmed in the partnership agreement.
